We will do our best to deliver our products in the fastest and most cost-effective way. According to your location we will offer available shipping options. Payment is possible by PayPal or Bank transfer. Please have in mind that import taxes and custom duties may arise.
Remote areas
For shipping to remote areas (e.g. islands or mountainous regions of difficult access), a transport surcharge may apply. In this case we will inform the customer about the transport surcharge before sending the order. Both parties have the right to cancel the purchase agreement, if a transport surcharge needs to be applied.
Once you have placed your order, we will send an order confirmation email and your order will ship within the following 1-2 business days. If you place an order on a weekend or on a bank holiday, we will receive and process your order the following Monday or working day.
Estimated delivery times start from the shipment from our warehouse. Shipments are made with courier companies with tracking of the shipment. Once the shipment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with the name of the carrier and the tracking number of your package.

1-3 business days (Spain, Portugal)
3-5 business days (Europe Zone 1)
4-7 business days (Europe Zone 2 + 3)
The delivery time for certain products may be slightly longer during the peak season or in the event of high volumes. Be sure to fill in the correct delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery address after the order is registered we will do our best to change it. If the order has already been shipped, charges may apply. Packages that are not claimed within 14 days are returned to atha. If this happens, we charge the the cost of the return shipment for the unclaimed package. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your order and the name of the transport company. You can then track your order on the corresponding transport company website.
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and special taxes may apply. The recipient of the package is responsible for these charges and may have to pay the courier company directly to complete the delivery. Customs clearance can cause delivery delays that are beyond our control. We encourage you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.
At atha we want you to love our products and have a great experience shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, we will be happy to help and invite you to contact us immediately. We aim to do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!
In general orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly accept new, unused, unwashed, unworn merchandise that is returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging.
In the case of non-defective items, please note that we cannot cover the costs for initial shipping or return shipping. If a product has been shipped incorrectly or is faulty, we will naturally pay for the return postage.
Your return package is your responsibility until we receive it. Therefore you should always keep the sending confirmation. The goods shall be sent insured for their full value on their return trip. We can not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.
Once we receive the product and confirm the condition, we will notify you. Returns of products with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge that will be designated by us on a per product basis. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned product is not in a sellable condition. Any items that have clearly been used will be not refunded even if they are returned to us.
Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment. If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, we will return the corresponding amount within a period of 14 calendar days. If the User has made the payment through PayPal, we will return the corresponding amount within 72 business hours. If this period has passed and you have not yet been reimbursed please contact us.
