atha was founded in Barcelona in 2020 with a simple but powerful mission: to support a more environmentally conscious and mindful yoga practice. Our passion for yoga, combined with a deep respect for the planet, led us to create products that help you connect body and mind — grounded in the present moment.
The name atha comes from the Sanskrit word (अथ), meaning “now” — a reminder that yoga truly begins in this moment, here and now.

atha products are crafted from sustainable, non-toxic materials that are both body-friendly and eco-friendly. Free from harmful thermoplastics such as PVC, TPE, and PER and fully recyclable and biodegradable whenever possible.
